Your details stay yours.

We collect only what we need to plan your celebration and stay in touch. We never sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

Consultation requests: your name, your partner's name (if provided), email address, phone number, event date, guest count, city and state, service or event type, budget range, and anything you write in the details field.
Newsletter signups: your email address, your name if you give it, and which part of the site you signed up from.
Review submissions: the name you want displayed, your email address (kept private, never published), your rating, and your written review.
Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as page requests and error reports, used only to keep the site working.

To hold your consultation time, prepare for your call, and follow up with a written recommendation and quote.
To send you the wedding tips, availability updates, and occasional package specials you asked for when you subscribed.
To review and publish testimonials, and to reach you if we have a question about what you submitted.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or targeted advertising.

Only Janyia Pugh and Alana Bryant, the co-owners, have access to consultation bookings, review submissions, and the newsletter list.
Your information is stored in a secured database with access rules that prevent anyone other than the owners from reading it.
We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We share details with a vendor only when you have asked us to coordinate with that vendor on your behalf.

Consultation records are kept for as long as we are working together, and up to two years afterward for reference and follow-up.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.
Reviews that are approved stay published until you ask us to remove them. Rejected submissions are deleted.

Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by emailing us, we remove you the same day, no questions asked.
Reschedule or cancel a consultation yourself using the private link on your booking confirmation.
Ask us to delete any information we hold about you, or to correct anything that is wrong, by emailing hlegacyws@gmail.com.

We use only the storage necessary to keep the site functioning, such as remembering an owner sign-in session.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

Our services are intended for adults planning celebrations. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
